Maddox Design Ltd have been appointed to undertake the design for a conversion of an existing garage into habitable accommodation.
The clients brief includes the need for a new access ramp for wheelchair access. The garage will be used as a bedroom with an en-suite wet room to include a ceiling hoist for adaptive living.
